I offer personal dog training classes where I will come to your home or we can meet in a local park and I will help you there.

I found that quite a few people either could not commit to attending a class every week for 6 or 8 weeks at a time or the start times were not convenient, or they wanted information now on how to handle: toilet training chewing cables or the furniture!constant nippingintroducing the new puppy to their children or another dog already in the homethey did not want to, or could not wait for new classes to start and wanted to start some basic training straight away.

We will be able to cover a lot more areas and go into much more detail on a one-on-one session than can be covered in the same time in a class because we will concentrate solely on the areas of concern to you. These sessions can complement any puppy training sessions that you either still plan to take or are taking.

You do not need to commit to any number of sessions. You can just have the one session or as many as you wish.

The fees below include travelling within a 10 mile radius of Woodley near Reading only. I am willing to travel further but will need to pass on the extra cost travelling. Alternatively, if you wanted to meet me in Reading then of course the following fees will still apply.

The cost per 45 minute session is £30
If you have relatives or friends who also have a puppy you could share the cost of these sessions between you up to a maximum of 3 dogs per session. Therefore, if there were two of you with one dog each, the cost would be £15 each, or between 3 people with one dog each, the cost would be just £10 each.
However, please note if you have a puppy that is too disruptive, it may be best to book a solo session at first.

Please note, that in some situations, or even if you would just prefer to cover the basics more quickly, it may be better to book a double session at first which costs £60.

I would normally suggest an initial double session if you are experiencing excessive nipping after you have tried the standard advice you will find everywhere in books and on the internet etc. I can show you another way, but I do need more time than allowed for in a normal session.
